Deposits
A Deposit by Credit Card or PAYPAL is needed to Confirm and Secure your booking.
We prefer to take bookings by telephone call – we have not gone the anonymous ‘cookie cutter’ book online route.
People are individuals & have individual family needs – We make sure our farm stay cottage is right for you!
We are committed to giving you excellent customer service.
We do however make an exception if you are Overseas and cannot call – please simply mention this in an email to us and we will help you. We have many guests from Overseas come to stay! We make it easy for You.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking – CREDIT CARDS are the easiest way of confirming a booking. We now take PAYPAL too!

Common Questions
I Can’t be Sure of my Dates quite Yet?
That’s OK! Call us, we can help – we will ‘hold’ dates for 24 hours in most cases, to allow guests to check with friends and employers about time off etc.
But once again you must call and speak to us to ask for the time to be put on hold to take advantage of this service, please do not just send us a quick email thinking it is then on hold. The time limit for holds is strictly 24 hours.
N.B. If you make an enquiry about certain dates, the booking is not confirmed for your party until you call and the deposit is actually received. We have many, many enquiries each day, often about the exact same dates.
Why do I need to Ring to Book?
We realise some people are becoming used to being able to purchase and book everything online, BUT by doing it this same one way and only this way, all the time, you can be assured your booking is a firm one. After all, emails can and do get lost in Cyberspace, return email addresses are sometimes incorrectly entered – and we wouldn’t want someone to ever arrive thinking they are actually booked in by simply having enquired.
We write your booking in the diary when you are actually on the phone, we ask questions and get your details to ensure a holiday at Morvern Valley and we also make sure your complimentary first mornings breakfast basket is suitable for your dietary and religious needs and restrictions.
