Deposits

A Deposit is needed to Confirm and secure your booking.

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking – Credit cards are the easiest way of confirming a booking as then no bond is required.

We will ‘hold’ dates for 24 hours in most cases, to allow guests to check with friends and employers about time off etc. But you must call and speak to us and ask it to be put on hold to take advantage of this service. The time limit is strictly 24 hours.

N.B.  If you make an enquiry about certain dates the booking is not confirmed for your party until the deposit is actually received. We have many, many enquiries each week and do not hold dates.
